PORTABLE RADIO

This radio (shown below) is provided to monitor the on-air signal. It will normally be found on the window sill of the east window, behind the mixer board.

It is always left on, but most of the controls (except the volume control) are locked out. To use it, turn up the volume control at the top right, below the power switch. When you are done, turn the volume all the way down again.

Note that if the radio is unplugged or there is a power outage, the radio will turn off and lose its settings. To return it to its normal state, follow these steps:

1. Move the "Lock" switch at the bottom right corner of the radio (see picture below) to the "OUT" position.
2. Press the "Power" button to turn the radio on.
3. Tune the radio to 102.90 and turn up the volume to verify that it is picking up the signal.
4. Move the "Lock" switch back to the "IN" position.
5. Turn the volume all the way down.
